Our QA systems are continually audited and reviewed by clients and health inspectorates of Netherlands and Belgium. Technical Agreements are established between the partners and the hired vendors, to ensure compliance at all stages.

With our long professional relationship(s), we have gained considerable experience in working efficiently to ensure the most reliable, compliant & speedy services for our patrons.

We have developed internal working procedures and hotline systems between the partners & vendors to increase transparency and decrease response time, These systems are updated & reviewed regularly

We are accredited with relevant Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certifications and our services are calibrated to the OECD-GLP & ICH guidelines for the Quality Control and Laboratory Investigation services for the laboratories

Besides the existing licenses, we will shortly be gaining accreditation for testing of Genetically Modified Organisms, Cell Cultures & Biologicals from local EU-health authorities. Procedures and feasibility studies have already been initiated

The warehousing facilities adhere to principles of Kaizen, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.

To cater and address the pharmaceutical industry, the facilities are pharmaceutical operations are supervised by an Industrial Pharmacist & also accredited with a GDP (Good Distribution Practice) License and a Pharmaceutical License for
